Thought the ratings were more accurate in The Mail (you can see them on Alan's news thread.)

Anyone who thought Blind was better than Reid yesterday needs to lay orf the crack pipe.

I thought the 3rd kit looked nice yesterday as a gk kit.

I was one of the doubters based on the last few weeks when we lost Payet and then Sakho,we set up wrong against Spurs with our midfield.

Yesterday Bilic made the right changes, Song, Noble and Kouyate at the heart of midfield and the use of Zarate and Moses.

I am still not convinced by Carroll but hope t be proved wrong.

Also, we need a run of games with this set up, Song should get fitter and better and Antonio will start to get smarter in the way he uses his undoubted strength. Carroll also may get fitter and continue to improve.

We should have won the game based on chances.

Next week against Stoke is a different proposition. Playing at home against a form team that again is not afraid to leave the foot in. About time the refs gave us some protection? Lets hope we can avoid more injuries though, thats our main problem now.

Anyone mentioned Adrians save at the feet of fellaini.top drawer.

Song did ok, gave it away a couple of times, but hopefully he can get back to the type of performances against City. Looks like he's carrying a bit of timber to me.

Song wasn't magnificent.

He was magnificent a year ago.

But he was good enough to suggest that he will be magnificent again when he's properly match fit.

I can't bear to read match threads during the matches. I might post the odd missive, but will only read comments from after the final whistle, which can be pretty painful anyway.

I think it's just a perverse sport for some to post utterly despondent piss drenched poppycock.

Anyway, was on here prior to the game yesterday.

Some first class KNICKER WETTING on display, just have a read of the thread in chronological order...

As somebody said earlier, if you come out of OT disappointed with a point, you've had a good day.

No problem Cough. I was ostensibly talking about the Fellaini incident, but as you say both incidents were high lighted.

Ah yes, sorry

Re: Man U v West Ham - Official Match Thread 0-0 FT
Yeah that's what I said. They didn't show them during the highlights, but showed them and discussed them afterwards.

With Danny Murphy being quite critical of both incidents

Not sure Swino will get any retrospective for the forearm smash to Reids throat, but Fallaini will for the stamp. It's exactly the same thing he got a red for in the last game of last season.

Duke, they showed both incidents on MOTD after the game

Re: Man U v West Ham - Official Match Thread 0-0 FT
Just looking at the elbow on Reid again.
Clattenberg is 3 yds away looking straight at it and as soon as it happens blows his whistle and calls the players over.
Bilic says he asked him about it post match and was told by Clattenberg that he didn't penalise because he DIDNT SEE IT.
Curious
Or in laymans terms .... LIES

DukeofDevo 2:23 Sun Dec 6
Re: Man U v West Ham - Official Match Thread 0-0 FT
It was quite early on in the game, about 20 mins, over by the touch line, they didn't show it on MOTD highlights but did discuss and show it afterwards, so it's more than likely that there might be some retrospective action.

Danny Murphy even uses the expression ' he's got form' for this sort of thing!
